Week 2: Agility
Week 3: Cardio
Week 4: Peak Week 
Week 5: Rest Week
Note: Please cancel 12 hours prior to class.  All cancellations within 12 hours of class will incur the class charge. 

 

September special:  Participate in a fitness class and attend the Rookie Tennis class Tuesdays at 9:30 led by pro Mac Roy for free! Open to both members and non-members.
